Bring your pet’s available vaccination records so the team can review previous doses.

Membership terms
Plan use and wallet credit policy
Each plan includes only its listed services and is valid for the stated period. Bathing plans include one consultation during the entire plan. Grooming baths and haircuts may be used on separate visits.
If a pet passes away, the remaining membership amount after deducting used services is credited to the PinakaVets app wallet rather than refunded to cash or bank.
This wallet credit does not expire. It can be used for another pet belonging to the same customer, for services at any PinakaVets branch, using the same registered mobile number used to purchase the membership.
Contact the team for the calculation of the remaining amount before purchase. Vaccination timing is determined by the veterinarian based on the pet’s age, health and vaccination history.
