All medical advice and treatment is provided by independent, licensed veterinarians who are solely responsible for their professional conduct.

Our AI-powered guidance is informational only and does not constitute a diagnosis or medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health concerns.

Product listings are provided in good faith. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for returns and cancellations.

You agree not to:
