Before your visit
When are samples collected?
During regular clinic hours: daily, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM. Contact the team for the specific test.
When will I get the report?
Most routine reports are available the same day. Some specialised tests usually take 24–48 hours. The team will confirm timing for your test.
Are walk-ins and outside prescriptions accepted?
Yes. You can walk in and bring a prescription from another veterinarian.
Does my pet need to fast?
Preparation depends on the test. Contact our team for specific instructions before visiting.
Are tests available in every city?
The listed tests can be arranged through our Jaipur, Gurugram, Panipat and Sonipat clinics. Testing arrangements can vary by branch.
